Linden Comansa LCL-500
In September 2007 the first Linden Comansa LCL-500 Luffing Jib Crane was sold to Linden Comansa’s exclusive dealer for Ireland Stafford Tower Cranes and used for the facility expansion of world wide, leading concrete producer, Irish Cement, at Drogheda in the surroundings of Dublin.
The Luffing Jib Crane was initially erected at a height of 58, 70 Meter and with 40 Meters Jib - 13 Tons lifting capacity in four part line -, and will be jacked up by using the new hydraulic kit and only 2 tie frames up to 119, 20 M. by the end of this year. The LCL-500 has a maximum capacity of 24 Tons, and can lift in Simple Reeving up to 4.700 KG at 65, 00 Meters radius. With its 110 KW frequency controlled drives both for hoisting and luffing, 4 Slewing Motors and re-enforced D36 tower structure, this crane is said to be one of the most complete machines present on the worldmarket.
The prototype of the LCL-500 was first shown at the Bauma 2007 fair and, after the successful introduction of the crane on the Irish market, Linden Comansa is planning to increase its production and sell the crane in more markets.
