Linden Comansa triumphs at Las Vegas Conexpo with a "heavy" bet
Las Vegas, the world’s capital city of Gambling and Casinos, hosted Conexpo - American continent top Construction & Equipment show- last March. Linden Comansa, and its partner in the United States, Linden Comansa America, exhibited two of its cranes at the Las Vegas show, which had a superb attendance, with more than 144.000 industry professionals.
With a 250 square meter stand (2700 square feet), Linden Comansa America showed Conexpo’s heaviest tonnage crane: the 21 LC 550 18t, with a maximum load of 18 tons. It’s 80 meter-long jib, the free standing height of 71,1 meters and it’s 4 ton maximum load capacity at the jib’s end, convinced Republic, one of the most prestigious machine renting companies in the USA to buy the exposed model.
The other crane exposed in Conexpo by Linden Comansa was the smaller LC 5211. With a 52,5 meter-long jib, and a free standing height of 44 meters, it allows to load up to 5 tons, and a maximum of 1.100 kilograms at the jib’s end. This size of crane was very well received by the many professionals that visited Linden Comansa America at Conexpo, and the LC 5211 exposed in Las Vegas was sold at the show just like the 21 LC 550.
Since 12 years ago, Linden Comansa America has been partner of Spanish Linden Comansa in the United States. Despite the country’s financial crisis, Linden Comansa America absorbs around 15% of Linden Comansa’s exportations, and works in a large area, covering the Caribbean countries as well as the USA.
